On April 1, 2009 Stamford Realtors filled a bus and rallied in Hartford along with several hundred other Connecticut Realtors to meet with State Senators and Representatives to share opinions and concerns on important issues that affect the real estate industry.
Issues included foreclosure prevention and mitigation, affordable health insurance and the proposed Susti-Net Plan, lead paint and green building standards, responsible growth and regionalism, protecting the real estate license, workforce housing, etc.
Special thanks to Jay Tolisano of Atlantic Home Mortgage for sponsoring the trip.
